The X20MK0203, produced by B & R Automation, is an X20 series SafeKEY module engineered for the X20SL80xx series of controllers, specifically for safety-related applications. Equipped with 8 MB memory, it supports 100,000 guaranteed write/erase cycles and can be mounted both horizontally and vertically, with no altitude restrictions up to 2000 meters. For altitudes beyond this, a reduction in ambient temperature by 0.5°C per 100 meters is advised. Rated IP20 per EN 60529, it operates best at ambient temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (operational) and -40 to 85°C (storage/transport). Ideal for use with the X20SL8000 SafeLOGIC controller, the X20MK0203 enhances the CPU’s high-performance safety control capabilities.
