X20MM4331
The X20MM4331, produced by B & R Automation, is a versatile four-channel motor module compatible with B & R's X20 PLCs. It effectively controls motors, valves, and resistive loads. Each output channel features a half-bridge design, supporting continuous currents of 3 Amps and peaking at 5 Amps. The module is equipped with three LED indicators for operational status, state monitoring, and I/O function. It operates at a nominal and switching voltage of 24 Volts DC, with current resolution at 100 milliamps. The unit includes thermal shutdown protection against overcurrent and short circuits. With an IP20 rating, it's suited for indoor use or must be enclosed when used outdoors. Operational conditions include a temperature range of 0 to 50°C and humidity from 5 to 95%. Proper connection requires lines with a 0.75 to 2.5 mm² cross-sectional area, and care must be taken to ensure disconnection isn't performed during operation. The power line should be fused, and the module requires handling by qualified personnel.
