The Beckhoff ZK1090-3131-0070 cable from the ZK Motor Cables series is a PUR-jacketed, green EtherCAT cable designed for drag chain applications in industrial automation. This 7.00-meter cable features a female-female end type and an M8 4-pin straight male A-coded connector, with a rated voltage of 63 V (IEC 61076-2-111) and a rated current of 4 A (IEC 61076-2-104) at 40 °C. It has a conductor cross-section of 1 × 4 × 0.14 mm² and dual-layer shielding for electromagnetic protection. The cable supports a minimum bending radius of 4× outer cable diameter when fixed and 20× outer cable diameter when flexing. Its halogen-free, silicone-free, CFC-free PUR jacket, UL listing (E130266), CE marking, temperature range of –30 °C to +70 °C, and rating for at least 100 mating cycles ensure consistent electrical and mechanical performance in demanding environments while meeting pollution degree 3/2 requirements per IEC 60664-1.
