The Beckhoff ZK4500-8025-0100 motor cable from the ZK Motor Cables series is engineered by Beckhoff for high-performance industrial automation. This cable features a robust 4.00 mm² (approx. AWG12) power conductor cross-section and a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) jacket for enhanced durability. With a voltage rating of up to 1000 V, it is designed to transmit power, signal, and brake control in dynamic drag chain applications. Primary applications include CNC machines, robotic arms, and other motion systems requiring reliable power and data transmission under continuous movement.
Incorporating a plug connector at both head A and head B, the ZK4500-8025-0100 ensures secure and efficient connections. Head A uses a crimp connection and M40 installation size, while head B employs a clamping yoke connection with a 7.62 mm pitch dimension. The cable supports 4+PE power positions, 4 signal positions, and 2 data positions at head A and a 4-pin configuration at head B. It achieves a mutual capacitance of 45 ± 15 pF/m for signal lines and 90 pF/m for power conductors, optimizing signal integrity up to 10 MHz. Its characteristic impedance of 110 Ω ± 10 Ω further enhances reliable data transmission.
