The 0GH-DO650, developed by B&R Industrial Automation in 2005, is a high-performance digital output module with 16 relay outputs supporting 120 VAC and 24 VDC inputs. Designed for industrial applications, it handles starting currents up to 12 A and is organized into four electrically isolated output groups for enhanced safety. Each relay supports a switching frequency of up to 10 Hz, with typical switching delays of 5.6 ms (Log. 0 to Log. 1) and 2.5 ms (Log. 1 to Log. 0). Power consumption is rated at a maximum of 0.7 W at 5 V, 3.3 W at 24 V, totaling 4 W. The module requires a separate TB170 terminal block for installation, while short circuit protection is externally provided via an 8 A time lag fuse per group. It accommodates a switching capacity from 0.1 mA/0.1 VDC to 300 VA/90 W and includes electrical isolation up to 144 VAC from output-to-PLC and 250 VAC from group-to-group.
