The 1070060839 (SM 5/10-TC) is an advanced inverter system crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, a pioneer in automated motion control equipment. Part of the SM..T selection, this product is specifically designed to optimize industrial servo motor functions such as speed, torque, and position.
Operating at a standard voltage of 460V and a peak DC link voltage of 700V, this inverter system boasts an impressive peak current of 10A and a rated current of 5A. The integrated power semiconductors control the motor's current and voltage, adjusting them for the required torque output. With rotor position recognition, the inverter accurately tracks rotor orientation, generating signals to adjust its position as needed.
The system experiences a maximum power loss of 90W and requires a 20W power connection. It features a highly accurate error detection system that signals faults when the motor remains motionless for over 2 seconds or if irregular signals are transmitted by the rotor position recorder. To prevent overheating, the system reports an error if motor windings exceed a temperature of 140ᵒC. For optimal operation, the recommended operating temperatures are between 0ᵒC to 55ᵒC.
