The M-105-A-34 is a servomotor developed by Kollmorgen, categorized under the GOLDLINE range. Equipped with high-energy rare earth magnets, it can be used in conjunction with Kollmorgen’s compact, digital SERVOSTAR amplifiers, which utilize PDFF, PI, and Pole Placement control algorithms. The unit's square frame dimensions range between 2.76 to 7.48 inches; it supports the attachment of front-mounted gearheads. The motor is brushless, lightweight, and features IP-65 sealing and Class H insulation. With over three times the inertia of Kollmorgen’s B series servomotors, it supports resolver and encoder feedback. The motor can easily pair with the SERVOSTAR amplifier to deliver a high torque/volume ratio. The unit also includes a rear shaft extension, built-in thermostat, and supports torque and velocity control modes, as well as NEMA mounting options. Programming and setup are done through MOTIONLINK software for Windows, with a guided five-step auto-setup process.
