HS35R1024H39C
The Danaher HS35R1024H39C encoder from the Dynapar Encoders series is a precision rotary feedback device designed for industrial automation. It offers a resolution of 1024 PPR, an input power range of 4.5–26 VDC and supports shaft speeds up to 6,000 RPM. With a moment of inertia of 1.3 × 10⁻⁴ oz-in-sec² and a maximum weight of 14 oz, this encoder delivers accurate positioning and reliable performance in demanding motion control applications.
Featuring a robust quad-channel AB signal format with optional Z indexing and complementary outputs, the HS35R1024H39C maintains 90° ± 18° electrical quadrature phasing for consistent phase timing. It achieves a data frequency response of ≥120 kHz and an index frequency response of ≥50 kHz. Two distinct output stages—Open Collector (30 VDC max, 40 mA sink) and Push–Pull/Differential (40 mA sink/source)—ensure compatibility with a wide range of drives and controllers. The phase sense arrangement, where Channel A leads B on CW rotation (viewed from shaft end), enables precise direction detection. Starting torque remains ≤2.5 oz-in, minimizing load on driving mechanisms.
Built to withstand industrial environments, the HS35R1024H39C operates between 0 °C to +70 °C and can be stored from –40 °C to +90 °C. Its shaft tolerances accommodate up to 40 lbs radial and 30 lbs axial loads, ensuring durability under mechanical stress. The signal integrity is maintained by its complementary junction outputs and robust housing. By integrating this encoder into automated systems, engineers benefit from high resolution, fast response, and long-term reliability, resulting in precise speed and position feedback in critical industrial processes.
