The Danaher KS 50-1 from the Thermal Controllers series is a precision thermal controller offering a freely configurable analog output for process value control and a RS-422/485 Modbus RTU communication interface. Housed in a 1/8 DIN panel-mount enclosure measuring 96×48×118 mm, it provides front panel IP65 protection and operates on 90–250 V AC or 24 V AC/DC. With a digital input filter supporting a 100 ms scan cycle, >14-bit process value resolution and automatic self-tuning, it supports multiple thermocouple and RTD inputs with break and short-circuit monitoring. Makrolon 9415 housing, tool-free replacement and LED display enhance ruggedness and usability in industrial automation environments.
