Q7005-14
The Danaher Q7005-14 drive is a member of the Quadraline Regenerative Drives series designed for precision industrial automation. This module incorporates the SPC35933-00 Control Board Assembly and a protective Line Fuse (PFU1010-00) rated MDA-15A to guard against overcurrent events. Featuring a dedicated Field Bridge (226122-000) for reliable connectivity, the Q7005-14 provides forward and reverse control through the 224579-000 switch and run/jog operation via the 224551-000 switch. Its primary function is to deliver efficient regenerative braking and bidirectional speed control in motor drive applications.
Incorporated within the Q7005-14 is an SCR Module (226628-000) that ensures solid-state switching performance, complemented by a Speed/Torque Adjust Potentiometer (224552-000) for fine tuning dynamic response. The unit is sealed with a water tight boot (HML1103-00) and secured by a water tight nut (HML1012-00), providing ingress protection in harsh industrial environments. Optional assemblies include the Zero Position Dancer Control (Q7999-05) and the External Signal Control Assembly (Q7999-01) for advanced remote operation. Unique to this model is the Independent Accel/Decel Option (Q7999-03), which allows separate acceleration and deceleration profiling for optimal motion performance.
Additional modules such as the Fault Module Option (Q7999-02) offer enhanced diagnostic capabilities, while the AC/Pulse Tach Feedback Option (Q7999-04) ensures accurate speed monitoring via tachometer signals. The Q7005-14 achieves an operating efficiency of 97% under standard load, minimizing energy losses and improving system sustainability. Its compatibility with existing Q7002, Q7005, and Q7006 line components simplifies integration and maintenance. By delivering robust durability, precise control, and energy recovery, the Q7005-14 drive enhances productivity and reliability in modern industrial automation installations.
