VT 3000 20
The VT 3000 20 amplifier card, produced by the esteemed Bosch Rexroth Indramat, regulates proportional valves. Requiring a 24 V power source with 10% tolerance, it converts incoming voltage signals proportionally into output current to power proportional solenoids. The nominal power is 30 watts with an operating temperature range of 0 to 50°C, and a specific differential amplifier input of 10 V for communication with controllers, microprocessors, and computers. With a weight of 0.15 kg, it features a 2.5 A fuse, an 800 mA maximum output current, a pulse frequency between 160 Hz to 180 Hz, and a +20 mA minimum output current. Note, the card should only be plugged or unplugged when there's no power, with a minimum 1-meter distance maintained from radar devices and radio sources. The use of LED displays or freewheel diodes with solenoids is discouraged for optimal performance.
