Bosch Rexroth Indramat's VT-HACD-2-1X-V0-1-0-0 is a digital control card designed with a fundamental display but lacks a bus connection and a valve output stage. Users can utilize the BODAC software for card programming which they can access at no cost from the manufacturer's website. The card features an RS-232 serial interface, which facilitates the transfer of the parameter file, containing the block structure of the control card, from a PC via a serial connection. Its operator-friendly design allows for the easy linking of pre-defined functional components without any programming knowledge required. The control card utilizes an onboard microcontroller for digital processing and data from the configuration, command values and parameters are stored in a non-volatile flash. The card works within an operating voltage range of 21 to 30 Volts DC with a nominal operating voltage of 24 Volts DC and has a 4 Amps safety fuse. To avoid electromagnetic interference, certain precautions need to be taken in relation to the location of electronic and power cables, and other potential sources of interference.
