The X20PS9400, manufactured by B & R Automation, is a versatile power supply module designed for X20 PLC systems. It supports the bus controller, internal I/O, and X2X link, with electrically isolated X2X link supply and bus controller feed. The module allows for redundancy in X2X link and bus controller supply through multiple module use. It features one RS-232 service interface, supporting a transfer rate of up to 115.2 kbps, and includes four LED indicators for module, operating, RS-232 interface status, and overload diagnostics, complemented by additional software diagnostic tools. The module consumes 1.42 Watts for the X2X link and 0.6 Watts for the internal I/O. It accommodates a 24 Volts DC input with 0.7 Amps current, featuring protection against reverse polarity and short circuits. The output supports 7 Watts power, parallel connections, and temporary overload. Protected in an IP20-rated housing, the module can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
