The Danaher AI2507201C100 from the Dynapar Encoders series is an industrial Absolute, Optical encoder offering a single-turn resolution of 10-14 Bit and a multi-turn resolution of 12 Bit. With an enclosure rating of IP64 or IP67 and an operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C, it withstands harsh conditions. The unit supports a Profibus-DP (Encoder Profile) interface and operates on 10-30 VDC input power. It delivers an absolute accuracy of ±0.01° mechanical (36 arc-sec.) and repeatability of ±0.002° mechanical (7.2 arc-sec.), processing signals with a frequency response up to 12 MBaud. It achieves shaft speeds of up to 10,000 RPM continuous and 12,000 RPM peak, drawing 220 mA for single-turn and 250 mA for multi-turn models, weighing approximately 350 g or 400 g respectively.
