The AKM12C-ANCNC-00 is a sophisticated brushless DC motor developed and manufactured by Kollmorgen. Employing permanent magnets at the rotor and utilizing rare earth neodymium-iron-boron materials, this powerful motor features increased dynamism, perfectly suiting applications requiring dynamic performance. Optimized for pairing with servo amplifiers, this motor is ideal for positioning tasks in industrial robots, machine tools and transfer lines. The unit provides an electronic commutation solution that eliminates the need for brushes. The main mounting positions include IM B5 (shaft end A side), IM VI (shaft end downwards) and IM V3 (shaft end upwards), with precautions needed to avoid fluid buildup on the shaft end in the latter. Key features include a 40mm flange, a rotor length of 2, IEC flange, a smooth shaft and a shielded half-meter cable with an IP 65 connector.
