The AKM21C-ANB2R-00 is a synchronous servomotor with a three-phase winding structure. Created by Kollmorgen, this DC motor is specifically designed to work in conjunction with the company's SERVOSTAR servo amplifier, and is an ideal fit for challenging servo applications. Both axial and radial forces are present during its operation. The servo motor complies with the DIN EN 60034-14 vibration class N specifications. This product requires experienced individuals for assembly and strict adherence to handling and housing for its flanges. Even when not in rotation, the product’s power and control leads may remain active momentarily. Also, with a 3YL type motor choke recommendation for motor cables exceeding 25m, it is crucial that the product is correctly earthed and fitted with the apt EMC shielding. During installation, free rotor movement should be verified, and lifting screws should be checked for damage and secured properly. The product can't operate directly on mains supply networks. The manual provided should be followed carefully for operation under the manufacturer's specified ambient conditions.
