The Kollmorgen AKM32C-ACC2C-00 synchronous motor is engineered for high torque applications, featuring a moment of inertia of 0.59 kgcm². Operating optimally between +5°C and +40°C, this compact motor generates a peak torque of 6.92 Nm with a peak current of 5.7 A and a rated torque of 1.86 Nm at up to 3000 RPM. It includes a 24 V holding brake producing 2.5 Nm of holding torque, designed strictly for stationary use. Weighing 2.3 kg, the motor's torque constant is 1.4 Nm/A, and it has a winding inductance of 46.5 mH, suitable for confined spaces. It integrates seamlessly with SERVOSTAR servo amplifiers for precise speed or torque control. The motor incorporates an internal temperature sensor with a PTC having a switching point of 155°C, a thermal time constant of 17 minutes, and features a keyway output shaft for efficient torque transmission.
