Kollmorgen's B-104-A-22, a part of the GOLDLINE series, is a state-of-the-art servomotor designed to optimize industry performance through refined motion control. Improved precision and efficiency can notably enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), functional security, and employee safety. The B-104-A-22 pairs with a pioneering SERVOSTAR digital amplifier that meticulously determines the motor's resolver position for optimal speed and position control. The motor outputs 0.90 kW power and races up to 7500 rpm, delivering 4.38 Nm torque at peak speed. Key to its performance is its low rotor moment of inertia, enabling swift acceleration and deceleration. The motor uses high energy density, rare earth neodymium magnets that ensure top-tier performance. The motor can exert a torque of 1.55 Nm in standstill mode, operates at a peak current of 9 A, and only weighs 3.2 kg, making it a powerful yet lightweight solution.
