The CSH02.5B-CC-EC-ET-L3-EC-NN-FW by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a comprehensive control unit designed for Bosch IndraDrive controllers. It possesses pre-installed modules in all four of its hardware slots. Slot 1 contains a multi-encoder interface module supporting Bosch motor encoders operating at 5 and 12 Volts DC. Slot 2 incorporates a Multi-Ethernet interface module for Ethernet network connectivity and 100 Mbps transmission. A safety module equipped in Slot 3 supports a Safe Torque Off (STO) function to prevent unintended motor rotation by disabling motor torque generation, ensuring operational safety. Another multi-encoder interface module in Slot 4 allows the control unit to manage two independent servo motors. The CSH02.5B-CC-EC-ET-L3-EC-NN-FW control unit also features SERCOS III master communication, aligning with the IEEE 802.3 Ethernet communication standard. Configuration is performed through a standard control panel, and the firmware must be ordered separately.
