The EEA-PAM-533-D-32 is a D-series EEA-PAM power amplifier from Eaton, ideally suited for hydraulic industry applications with the manufacturer's valves. This Vickers brand product comes with dual PID modules and an integrated test function. However, unlike the A-series, the D-series does not come with a gain feature. Weighing a mere 0.4kg, it features a PID controller output situated at the amplifier's front panel lower end. It offers a user-adjustable feed-forward range between 20% and 100%. This CE-certified amplifier incorporates a self-alarm feature triggered after 500ms of power supply activation, and indicates LVDT failures with a red LED. It offers two potentiometers for deadband compensation adjustments. Particularly suitable for pressure control tasks in servo-performance proportional valves, the amplifier allows drive solenoid activation with a yellow LED. It incorporates separate monitor points for feedback, command, and integrator output signals.
