The HDS02.2-W040N-HT76-02-FW drive controller, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is part of the HDS series and the DIAX04 product range. Not suitable for use in construction cranes, refinery plants, elevators or medical equipment, this device requires a careful operation environment to prevent dangerous movements caused by defective components or malfunctioning encoders or sensors. Expected to remain disconnected from power during extended periods of non-use, it performs effectively under moderate temperature and up to 1,000m above sea level. The controller has a power consumption of 20W for signal processing from a +/-26V source and needs to be stored and transported in a dust-free, shock-absorbing environment to prevent damage. It delivers a continuous current of 15A at 8kHz, is optimized for vertical mounting with the motor connection at the bottom, and features an error message generator via an H1 display. The controller is designed and checked in line with DIN VDE 0160 specifications.
