The HDS03.2-W100N-HS79-01-FW drive controller by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is engineered for connection to an HVE or HVR supply module to power and control electric motors. Essential for high-performance drive tasks, this controller handles excess energy during braking with an HZB brake resistor and is customizable for specific operations. Best suited for multi-axis or single drive control tasks in machine tools or packaging and food processing machines, it should not be used in explosive, underwater, or extreme temperature conditions. Its modular form allows for integration with AC drives for a compact design. Built-in components include a software module, a communication module, an additional plug-in module, an air-cooled blower, and a SERCO interface. The controller has an ambient operating temperature range of 5-45 degrees and a storage temperature range of -30 to 85 degrees. Installation should not exceed 1000 meters above sea level and requires professional handling.
