The KS 42-1 from Danaher features a compact 96 × 96 mm panel size and operates from -20 °C to +65 °C for industrial environments. Part of the Thermal Controllers series, it accepts 90–250 VAC power with RS 422/485 Modbus RTU connectivity. The controller offers three outputs and supports On/off and PID control modes.

It holds EN 61010-1 and UL/cUL certification and includes a BluePort front interface. The panel depth is 118 mm. A 100 ms scanning cycle time ensures rapid process monitoring.
