The MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-BP2-NNNN is a compact, high-performance synchronous servo motor from Bosch Rexroth's Indradyn S range. Designed for a diverse range of applications from machine tools to packaging and robotics, it offers exceptional precision thanks to advanced optical encoder systems. Noteworthy features include a keyway-shaft with radial sealing to prevent fluid ingress, and an electrically-release holding brake that secures the motor axis when de-energized. Absolute position recording is achievable within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations through its multiturn optical encoder. This compact, cabinet-mountable motor has a rugged IP 65 protection rating against shocks, dust, and water jets. The device achieves self-cooling through heat conduction and natural convection, guarded against thermal overload by a temperature sensor and model. Recommended operating conditions are an ambient temperature of 40°C, relative humidity of 95%, and elevations up to 1000 m above mean sea level.
