Bosch Rexroth Indramat's MTS-P01.1-M1-B1-NN-NN-NN-FW is a powerful SPS controller module designed for industrial usage. The product, compatible with a standard industry PC or BTV20/30 unit, is an ISA bus plug-in module that includes a base unit and other plug-ins. Features include a diagnostic connector, status display, and serial interface, all found on the module's front panel. The product also has a long-lasting rechargeable battery, averaging a lifespan of 7 to 10 years. During initial use, the unit carries out a self-test, after which the STA and ERR LEDs turn off. Its 7-segment display provides one-digit error codes, useful for diagnosing issues, and can flash three-digit codes. Data exchange between the module and other boards is facilitated by an 8kB dual port memory. To ensure optimal performance and safety, connections made to the device should only use manufacturer-approved cables. The product is shipped worldwide in custom military-grade foam packaging for safe transit.
