The RAC 2.3-250-380-A00-W1 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a spindle drive controller created primarily for managing Indramat 2AD asynchronous spindle motors and, frameless spindle motors. It is flexible in usage, operating as a main spindle drive or c-axis drive, with the capability to switch between modes. The drive controller is highly precise thanks to an accuracy position control loop, and functions within an optimal temperature range of 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. Key features include the e-stop function, spindle positioning, compensation functions, drive error reactions, and integrated safety technology. Its protection class is IP 24, and it utilizes an analog speed command interface, with no need for additional bleeders or other interfaces. The controller is designed for a three-phase main supply system, containing built-in e-stop shut-down circuit, and uses both internal and external air for cooling. To ensure smooth operation, a AS programming module is recommended.
