The Bosch Rexroth Indramat RAC 3.5-150-460-L00-W1-220 is a robust and dependable drive controller engineered with a voltage rating of 3xAC 460 50-60Hz and a 150A current rating. Furnished with a built-in emergency circuit breaker and a mains contactor, the device also includes a SERCOS interface and control electronics rated at 220V 50-60Hz. Cooling is achieved through internal fans that circulate air via a dedicated shaft, with optional structural modifications available for external air or hose cooling. Included in the package is an AS programming module to manage the parameters for the intended application and ensure ease of drive exchange. It must be noted that above 1000m altitude and at humidity levels over 70%, the unit may observe a decrease in torque and power, and risk condensation. The controller operates between 5-45 C, and follows a standard fault diagnosis procedure by halting drives and cutting off power. Repairs should be undertaken only by Servo Supplier service personnel or those with comparable training.
