The TDA 1.3-100-3-AP0, created by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a main spindle drive controller celebrated for its precise position control capabilities due to its highly responsive control system. The TDA 1.3-100-3-AP0 can operate over a broad speed range, integrate seamlessly with other controllers and drive systems, and adjust to specific CNC machine tasks. The internal position control circuit performs with exceptional resolution, even managing to automatically control the spindle up to the 1/4000 000th revolution. In addition, this device can convert the a.c. main spindle drive into a servo axis and accurately detect the rotor position, even at low speeds. The device operates through a microprocessor and features an AS programming module to synchronize the controller with the main spindle motor.
