The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-L2-S-K2-FW, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an advanced digital control section designed for single-axis drives and control tasks in applications such as handling and mounting systems, packaging and food processing, and machine tools. It features a firmware type plate for identification, an RS-232 serial communication interface, and integrated support for SERCOS communication. This control section also comes with two installed encoder modules—an EnDat 2.1 interface encoder and an encoder HSF/RSF. The product has an inbuilt safety module that supports a safe torque off and can be managed via a standard control panel. Although firmware is separately ordered, the control section is configurable and designed to plug into a power section. To alleviate potential hardware damage, Bosch advises restricting assembly and disassembly to 20 times for each power and control section pairing.
