The X20SP1130, developed by B & R Automation, is a power supply module from the X20 series designed for internal I/O in safety-related industrial applications. It features a safe digital output with a nominal current of 10 Amps and employs semiconductor technology to ensure its safety characteristics remain unaffected by operational cycles. Compatible with Automation Studio version 2.0.81.15 and later, this module supports safety software such as SafeDESIGNER and provides diagnostic capabilities via LED indicators and software. It offers a blackout mode for configuration without network connectivity and achieves a maximum I/O cycle time of 800 microseconds. Power consumption includes 0.2 Watts for the bus and 1.5 Watts for internal I/O, with actuators dissipating an additional 3 Watts. It requires a 10 Amp line fuse and uses FET technology with a 24 Volt DC output. With an MTTfd of 2500 years and a mission time of up to 20 years, the module supports both vertical and horizontal installation and complies with IP20 housing standards.
