The AKM22E-ANB2R-00 servomotor, engineered by Kollmorgen, comes equipped with a resolver for precise feedback. It operates optimally between temperatures of 5°C and 40°C. Only trained professionals should handle commissioning to prevent issues associated with incorrect wiring. An error message is displayed if the resolver connector breaks. The motor produces torque proportional to 1 Arms current. Performing at a power rating of 0.09 kW at 75 VDC, the device's surface temperature can exceed 100°C during use. Compliant with IEC standards, it features a flange and smooth shaft. It uses ball bearings lubricated with grease. Noise checks are recommended annually or after every 2,500 use-hours, highlighting its durable built. However, the holding brake does not support retrofits, and the stator incorporates a thermistor to monitor winding temperature. The motor remains condensation-free and has an increased radial force in a power-off state, demonstrating its performance and durability.
