The AKM54K-ANCNDB00 is a synchronous servomotor manufactured by Kollmorgen, designed specifically for high-dynamic and stable drive requirements. This servomotor is recommended for use only within defined ambient conditions and as part of industrial machines or electrical apparatus. Within its motor windings, it contains an integrated thermal sensor. However, note that this motor doesn't have a built-in brake. It features a matte black skin, treated with a polyester powder coating, but caution is required as the finish is sensitive to solvents. The servomotor includes an electrically isolated PTC with a rated temperature of 155°C plus or minus 5%, but this won't prevent damage during intense, brief overloads. Protective measures must be taken during installation and operation to prevent mechanical damage and corrosion. Consult Kollmorgen in specific installation conditions such as those over 40°C or situations requiring encapsulated assembly. Proper heat transfer and ventilation are required, and the motor should always be de-energized during wiring and assembly processes.
