The AKM54K-ANCNDB00 is a synchronous servomotor manufactured by Kollmorgen, designed specifically for high-dynamic and stable drive requirements. Within its motor windings, it contains an integrated thermal sensor. However, note that this motor doesn't have a built-in brake. The servomotor includes an electrically isolated PTC with a rated temperature of 155°C plus or minus 5%, but this won't prevent damage during intense, brief overloads. Protective measures must be taken during installation and operation to prevent mechanical damage and corrosion. Consult Kollmorgen in specific installation conditions such as those over 40°C or situations requiring encapsulated assembly. Proper heat transfer and ventilation are required, and the motor should always be de-energized during wiring and assembly processes.
