Produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the DDS02.1-W025-RS01-03-FW is a drive controller with a rated output of 25 Amps. It is equipped with a resolver for measuring rotation degrees and a SERCOS communication module. The firmware, which supports these functions, must be ordered separately and includes the programmed operating parameters. The controller's design is modular, featuring five slots for the software module, communication module, and three plug-ins. This enables easy transferring of a software module to other drives or replacement drives. Functioning under an optimal ambient temperature of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, it can deliver reduced output between 45 to 55 degrees Celsius. However, operation past 55 degrees Celsius or at elevations beyond 5000 meters is prohibited by Bosch. Ideally, unused units should be stored at -30 to 85 degrees Celsius, free from corrosive elements.
