The EEA-PAM-535-D-32 power amplifier from Vickers caters to hydraulic applications and features a built-in startup guide and installation instructions. Alongside protection measures, the amplifier incorporates separate potentiometers for P-, I-, and D-gain, as well as for feed-forward signal scaling. An integrated light indicator turns green once the feedback and command signals align. Overload triggers an alarm, and there is short-circuit protection for analog load resistance and feedback signal load impedance. When the PID controller on the unit is activated, the load current reaches no more than 10mA. Additional features include closed-loop operation, a user-configurable PID feed-forward, and a PID module. The front panel potentiometers and DIL switches can be adjusted as needed. The amplifier works efficiently with KF*G4V-5 valves.
