The Bosch Rexroth HDS14.2-W200N is a state-of-the-art servo drive platform designed to provide highly responsive motion control for industrial applications including metal machining, woodworking, textile, automotive, and paper printing. It operates symbiotically with 1MB, MKD, and MHD servo motors, allowing precise control over motor position, speed, and torque. The device is built for operation in temperatures between 5 to 45 degrees Celsius but can withstand temperatures of -30 to 85 degrees Celsius during transport or storage. Lightweight in design, it is compatible with various plug-in modules including HVR, HVI, and HZF. It has a data exchange capability with PLC devices via I/O plug-in cards and supports the integration of single turn GDS 1.1 measuring systems via a DFF01.1M card. The firmware module allows regular software upgrades and an absolute encoder emulator supports actual position value generation. All firmware modules are interchangeable across HDS14.2-W200N units.
