The MKD071B-097-KG1-AN synchronous motor is a premium product by Bosch Rexroth, designed to be driven by Rexroth drive controllers, providing an economical automation solution suitable for various industrial applications such as machine tools, automation, handling, and printing machines. This motor offers simple installation, fast startup, overload protection, and continuous start-stop operation due to its electronic commutation feature. The basic design includes motor feedback, a rotor shaft, optional holding brake, rotor, and stator with winding, utilizing special magnet materials for low inertia masses. It is essential to program the drive controller to ensure proper motor function for the specific application. This motor model features a motor length of B, a 097 winding code, and a multiturn absolute encoder motor feedback. Additionally, it comes with a 5Nm torque holding brake and standard housing, suitable for any mounting orientation, with horizontal orientation recommended during storage. When mounting, use a screw size of 4 x M8, a tightening torque of 25Nm, and a minimum strength of 8.8, and operate within a temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.
