Produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-V1-NN-FW is part of the Rexroth VisualMotion 10 series, used for multi-axis logic and motion controls. Setup is via the VisualMotion Toolkit software, connected through the front panel's serial programming interface. This system defaults to a 9600 baud rate, which can be increased to 115,200 baud. It's compatible with a standard R3-232 interface cable for PC communication. Designed for applications such as general motion control and robotics, features include a DeviceNet master module, Ethernet and ARCNET support. The front panel also houses a communication serial port for RS-485 / RS-422 / RS-232 with variable baud rates. It features a fiber optic SERCOS interface, and uses VisualMotion's GPP 10 firmware. The system communicates with other modules over a backplane bus, and its enclosure has an IP20 environmental protection rating. The input voltage range is 19.2 to 30 Volts DC, with a preferred input of 24 Volts DC.
