The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's TVM 2.2-050-220/300-W1/220/380 is a sophisticated power supply module engineered to complement the company's AC drives. Known for its robust monitoring and diagnostic features, it connects to AC drives in real time via its wire ribbon cable. The built-in power rectifier transitions AC line voltage into suitable DC bus voltage for drives without wasting energy during generative operation. This energy can either be absorbed by a built-in bleeder resistor or fed back into the system for reuse. It also ensures safety by removing supply from any malfunctioning drive and possesses dynamic braking abilities for control over motors using permanent magnets. It can swiftly cut off power in the event of a feedback line malfunction, thanks to its ready state contact. This module is harmonious with the TCM 1 auxiliary capacitance module to store drive energy in the DC bus circuit, reducing heat losses and energy consumption.
