The Bosch Rexroth Indramat HDS03.2-W100N-HS45-01-FW is a configured drive controller with a function ID code of 45 and version 01. It should be operated at a cooling temperature of 40°C and installed in a sealed control cabinet to prevent condensation. The cooling system should be maintained even after turning off the machine until ambient temperatures are achieved. Excessive proximity between the signal and power cables should be avoided. The drive controller, which weighs 11kg, should be vertically installed inside the cabinet with its motor connection at the base. The mounting rails should be alternately screwed in using M5 screws. The system should be grounded at the controller's base and its components align with DIN VDE 0160 specifications.
