The MSM019B-0300-NN-M5-MH0, an advanced servo motor by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, stands out for its compact design and integration with the PROFIBUS-DP master communication module. Digital inputs/outputs allow direct use as a drive with a parallel interface, negating the need for a communication card. It's compatible with an internal or external braking resistor, the latter preferred to prevent continuous DC bus power dilution. However, using an external resistor requires drive top commissioning software. Power supply is either through a three-phase connection at 3 x 240 V or a single-phase at 1 x 240 V.
