The MSM019B-0300-NN-M5-MH0, an advanced servo motor by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, stands out for its compact design and integration with the PROFIBUS-DP master communication module. Its AC motor can use controllers of four different power levels (100 W, 200 W, 400 W, or 750 W) tailored to the specific motor size. The new-generation motor operates on low power voltages between 100 to 750 W. Additional features include a drive shaft, a holding brake, and an encoder for precision load positioning. Digital inputs/outputs allow direct use as a drive with a parallel interface, negating the need for a communication card. It's compatible with an internal or external braking resistor, the latter preferred to prevent continuous DC bus power dilution. However, using an external resistor requires drive top commissioning software. Power supply is either through a three-phase connection at 3 x 240 V or a single-phase at 1 x 240 V.
