The Kollmorgen AKM23C-ANB2R-00, part of the AKM series, is a high-performance servo motor designed for a wide spectrum of industrial applications. This series offers flexibility with numerous feedback devices, mounting, connectivity options, various speeds, frame sizes, windings, and frame-stack lengths. Additionally, the series includes both AC and DC input voltages, and optional fail-safe holding brakes. The AKM23C-ANB2R-00 is a synchronous servo motor, featuring permanent rotor magnets made from rare-earth materials. This motor has an IEC flange, smooth shaft, and angular connectors with a factory-installed 24 Volts holding brake to stop accidental shaft rotation when stationary. Feedback is provided by a resolver, optimal for environments prone to shock, vibrations, or electrical disturbances. For best results, operate in well-ventilated conditions below 40 degrees Celsius. Use with permissible radial forces for toothed belt use to attain full service life. The motor's ball bearings are pre-greased for their complete 20,000-hour service life.
