The DDS02.1-W050-RS03-03-FW drive controller, crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is designed for efficient operation, harnessing heat technology or internal airflow for cooling. It ensures safety by using a master switch to be de-energized during maintenance. The controller features empty slots in the basic unit, a bus voltage of 300 +/-15% VDC, and a maximum continuous current of 40A and peak current of 50A. Ideal storage conditions are dry, shock and dust-free environments, and plugin modules should be stored and transported securely. The controller uses a fault reset key, a status display for alerts, and an RS-232 interface for connection to computers or terminals. Two analog diagnostic outputs with an output voltage of 10VDC and 4mA load capacity are available. A starting lockout can be activated using a 20VDC to 30VDC voltage application. The controller uses a SERCOS interface, and is ideal for usage with robotics, printing, textile, packaging, handling equipment, and machine tools.
