The HDS05.2-W300N-HS09-01-FW, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an efficient drive controller in the HDS05.2 series. Designed for robotics, handling machines, textile, packaging machines, and machine tools applications, it can operate as a main or servo drive controller. This model specifically supports activation for two motors and is configured to work seamlessly with 2AD, 1MB, MKD, and MHD motors as well as HVR or HVE supply modules. The advanced design enables the HDS05.2-W300N-HS09-01-FW to intelligently monitor and control electric motor operations. It utilises an air-cooling mechanism facilitated by a built-in blower. The SERCOS interface and a DSS02.1M plug-in module permit seamless command communication. This model's current ratings are 300A peak and rated. Rated for a temperature range of +5C - +45C, it can handle up to +55C with derated data. Designed to be installed in a control cabinet, it measures 25kg in weight and allows single or multiple-axis drive control configurations.
