The AKM41S-ANCN2-02 synchronous servomotor, produced by Kollmorgen, is ideal for a multitude of applications with its rated speed of 1,000min-1 at 75VDC and a special winding type. Encased in a squared frame with an 84mm IEC-specified flange, it features angular connectors for power and feedback signals, with feedback provided by a comcoder with 2048 PPR. The unit accords with vibration class N as per DIN ISO 2373 standards and has no holding brake. Specifications include a peak current rating of 22.4A and a peak torque of 6.36Nm. During assembly or transportation, the motor should not be stressed and should be installed in an free area from aggressive or conductive materials. The motor's high operating temperature necessitates adequate cooling before handling. The power and control cables should be distanced and function between -30°C and +80°C. Simultaneously, precise earthing is essential for both the servomotor and the servoamplifier. It's crucial that the motor's connections stay intact when energized.
