The DDS02.2-W100-BE09-01-FW, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a DDS drive controller designed to operate with AC motors including but not limited to MDD, MKD, LAR, LAF, LSF among others. These combinations serve as rapid-response drives in machine tools, textile machines, and robotics to name a few. The drive controller is part of a DDS drive system and when paired with an AC servo and main drives, forms a compact package powered by single supply unit. It comprises a basic unit, plug-in module, software module, and firmware with a peak current capacity of 100A. The DDS02.2-W100-BE09-01-FW utilizes heat technology for cooling, enables digital servo feedback or resolver feedback, and features a SERCOS interface for communication. It can withstand maximum ambient temperature of 40°C, relative humidity of 95%, and should be installed no higher than 1000m above average sea level.
